Vegan Chocolate cookies

Ingredients:

½ Cup Vegan butter.

½ Cup White Sugar.

½ Cup Cocoanut Sugar.

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract.

1Cup Flour.

2/3 Cup Unsweetend Cocoa Powder.

1 Tsp Baking Soda.
¼ Tsp Salt.

1Tbsp Almond Milk.

½ Cup of (any topping) (chocolate chips) (Reese’s Piece’s)

Directions:

-Preheat Oven to 350.

-Add the Butter, and both sugars into a mixing bowl. Cream together. Then add the vanilla extract. Mix it in.

-In a separate bowl, sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Then mix in baking soda and salt.

-Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Mix by hand until crumbly.

-Add the milk and mix it in.

-Add your topping and mix in.

-Roll into balls and place on baking sheet. (Don’t forget the non-stick spray)

-Bake for 10 Minutes. Remove from sheet and place the cookies somewhere to cool for 5 min.

-EAT.
