Vegan Chili

Ingredients:

1 bag of Boca crumbles.
1 can green chilies.
1 can red kidney beans.
1 can navy beans.
1 can diced tomatoes.
1 onion, diced.
1 green pepper, diced.
2 whole carrots, chopped.
Cilantro.

2 tablespoons chili powder.
1 tablespoon: cumin, oregano, cayenne.
Pinch of salt. Oil.

Directions:

Put carrots, onion, and green pepper into pan and sauté in oil.
Add all ingredients and seasonings to taste.
Water may be added for consistency.
Simmer for 10 min or until satisfied with texture.
