One pan chicken dinner

Ingredients:

(3) Large Sweet Potato’s.

(4) Fiji Apples.

(3) Cups of brussels Sprouts.

(1) Red Onion.

(2) Cups of Green Beans, or asparagus.

(3) Chicken Breasts. (Or Boca)

(2) Tbsp oil.

(1) Tbsp Salt.

(1) Tbsp Pepper.

(1) Tbsp Thyme.

(1) Tbsp Parsley.

(1) Tbsp Smoked Paprika.

(1) Tbsp All Spice

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 450.

Peel potato, then chop.

Chop all ingredients into bite size pieces (even the chicken) and put them in a large container.

Add oil to ingredients and toss to spread oil evenly.

Add all seasoning to ingredients and toss to spread evenly.

Spread the ingredients evenly onto a baking sheet.

Bake for 18 min.

Remove from oven and serve.

Ranch pairs well with this meal.
