Garlic sesame noodles

Ingredients:


Oil (usually coconut oil).
1 red bell pepper.
1-2 whole carrots.
1 head of broccoli.
Green onion.
Sesame seeds.
1 box Thai noodles or Lo Mein.
1 can diced pineapple.

For sauce:


1/4 cup soy sauce.
4 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons coconut sugar.
1 tablespoon sriracha.
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce.
1 tablespoon sesame oil.

Add juice from pineapples.
(Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl).

Boil water for noodles and follow noodle instructions.
Cut thinly, red bell pepper.
Chop carrot.
Chop broccoli into florets.
Chop green onion.

In stir fry pan, sauté bell pepper and carrots until tender.
Add broccoli, cook 2 min.
Add cooked noodles and sauce to veggies.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Enjoy!

I have also chopped yellow onion into the mix.
